Having Tree Troubles? We've Got You Covered!

Recently, I employed the services of Ballard Tree Services to remove a number of very large trees in my yard to begin a substantial yard- landscaping project. Many of these trees were large hardwoods in which the tree canopy extended over the roof of my house. Additionally, the tree stumps and roots needed to be removed to below grade level, and since several of the trees were located on steep inclines this made it even more of a challenge. From a technical tree removal standpoint, this was a difficult job.

I will have to say that owner, Craig Ballard and his team completed the job within the committed time and cost and more importantly, with no mishaps. At the end of each day, I would inspect the progress that had been made, and was impressed with their level of thoroughness and care in ensuring that no fences, structures or other trees were damaged in the process. At the completion of the project, all debris had been cleaned and removed from the site.

I highly recommend Ballard Tree Service for any tree removal job, regardless of the level of difficulty or size. Craig and his crew were courteous, prompt and delivered what they had promised. Many times I am unsatisfied with the quality of work from service industry companies in our area ... I was completely satisfied with Ballard's performance.

His work is professionally executed; his staff is hard working and respectful of all existing shrubs and plantings on site. Clean up is done very well. Just a note to thank you for the outstanding work you did at my daughter Allison's house and at my house. I know the ten trees at Allison's house was a tough job, but I was impressed with how careful you were in cutting down the big trees (that can be very risky). And it was very nice of you to do all of the little "extras" that my daughter wanted at no additional charge.

Also, my wife and I were both extremely pleased with the excellent condition you left our back yard after you cut our tree down, and removing the extra stump at no additional charge is greatly appreciated. In any event, thanks again for your fine work and what you did for all of us.
